We stand by

products.
Exchanges are always welcome as long as the item has not been used and
it is returned in the same way it was originally mailed. We do not
accept items for refunds. A store credit will be issued to you if the
item is returned to us in it's unopened packaging. No refunds will be
issued unless a particular situation warrants one. This will only be
done on rare occasions after our CEO's approval.
